I want to first comment in how soft the hair is and how all the bundles are true to length...but what I took note of the most is the customer service. I mistakenly ordered Malaysian bundles instead of Brazilian. It was as simple as texting the WhatsApp Business contact and asking them to change it for me. It was never reflected in my order confirmation but they definitely did what I asked and I appreciate that. The hair is high quality and I can't wait to install it. I will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others.
I haven��t installed it just yet. My appointment is on Thursday. I will write another review once it��s installed, and I��ve had it in for a few days. It feels nice, and thick.
I ordered 16��,18��, and 20��-Shipment was fast, the hair is true to length and all stands are going in the same direction. It��s artificially dyed however it takes heat well. I��m 5��3�� and the hair falls right below my breast.
