The hair is very soft and beautiful. I bleached the knots and did not require much plucking. It dries so pretty and defined. Not frizzy or tangled. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered on 3/23 and got it 3/30. I got 24” 4x4 closure .. the hair was nice and soft upon opening the package. It did have a slight “hair” smell. But co-washed the unit, afterwards no problem. Very little shedding! Combed it out with no problem and it went back to its natural state. Will be getting installed tomorrow. SO FAR, SO GOOD! I can’t wait
